U2SURP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2SURP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2SURP-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL17, PATL1, and GPHN. Each is linked with U2SURP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2SURP-to-partner and partner-to-U2SURP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL17 grouped by U2SURP-low versus U2SURP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2SURP→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2SURP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
