U2SURP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, U2SURP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 260 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2SURP-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, LGALS16, and OR1N2. Each is linked with U2SURP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2SURP-to-partner and partner-to-U2SURP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by U2SURP-low versus U2SURP-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2SURP→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2SURP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
