U2AF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, U2AF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,209 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible U2AF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, SMARCA5, and THOC1. Each is linked with U2AF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both U2AF2-to-partner and partner-to-U2AF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, U2AF2 versus PRMT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (U2AF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→U2AF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
