TYSND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TYSND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYSND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPLX4, CLRN1, and TMEM132C. Each is linked with TYSND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYSND1-to-partner and partner-to-TYSND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPLX4 grouped by TYSND1-low versus TYSND1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYSND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYSND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
