TYROBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYROBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,299 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYROBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WIPF1, and THEMIS2_T593. Each is linked with TYROBP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYROBP-to-partner and partner-to-TYROBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYROBP versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYROBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYROBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
