TYROBP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYROBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,068 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYROBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB2, FCGR2A, and FCGR1B. Each is linked with TYROBP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYROBP-to-partner and partner-to-TYROBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYROBP versus LILRB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYROBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYROBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
