The most reproducible TYROBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macrophage fusion, Positive regulation of macrophage fusion, and Positive regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability. Each is linked with TYROBP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYROBP-to-partner and partner-to-TYROBP results are reported.
