TYMS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYMS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,991 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYMS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, NCAPD2, and NCAPG_S674. Each is linked with TYMS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYMS-to-partner and partner-to-TYMS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYMS versus NASP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
