TYMS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TYMS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,459 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYMS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, KIF11, and CEP55. Each is linked with TYMS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYMS-to-partner and partner-to-TYMS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TYMS versus PIMREG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
