TYK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TYK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 735 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TYK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRA10AC1, GDF9, and ALG6. Each is linked with TYK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TYK2-to-partner and partner-to-TYK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRA10AC1 grouped by TYK2-low versus TYK2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TYK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TYK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
