The most reproducible TXNL4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling, Nucleic acid catabolic process, and Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with TXNL4B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNL4B-to-partner and partner-to-TXNL4B results are reported.
