TXNL4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNL4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,259 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNL4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTDP1, ZNF24, and TIMM21. Each is linked with TXNL4A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNL4A-to-partner and partner-to-TXNL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNL4A versus CTDP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
