TXNIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,914 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLPX, CSE1L, and CEBPZ. Each is linked with TXNIP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNIP-to-partner and partner-to-TXNIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNIP versus CLPX in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
