TXNDC12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,926 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS1, TTC4, and ALG5. Each is linked with TXNDC12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC12-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC12 versus CTPS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
