TXNDC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXNDC12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXNDC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, mTOR, and Paxillin. Each is linked with TXNDC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXNDC12-to-partner and partner-to-TXNDC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by TXNDC12-low versus TXNDC12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXNDC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXNDC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
