TXN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,450 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTBP3, FUBP3, and FUBP3_S296. Each is linked with TXN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXN-to-partner and partner-to-TXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXN versus PTBP3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
