TXN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1078P, RNY1P12, and OR6C72P. Each is linked with TXN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXN-to-partner and partner-to-TXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1078P grouped by TXN-low versus TXN-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
