Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,213 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Positive regulation of DNA recombination, and Proteasome assembly. Each is linked with TXN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXN-to-partner and partner-to-TXN results are reported.
