TXLNGY

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXLNGY protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,481 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXLNGY-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMUG1, HS6ST1, and NAAA. Each is linked with TXLNGY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNGY-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNGY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXLNGY versus SMUG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNGY→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNGY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
