TXLNB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXLNB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,490 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXLNB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK2, IL16, and FNBP1. Each is linked with TXLNB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXLNB-to-partner and partner-to-TXLNB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXLNB versus ANK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXLNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXLNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
