TXK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,926 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, DOCK2, and FYB1. Each is linked with TXK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXK-to-partner and partner-to-TXK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TXK versus CORO1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
