TXK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TXK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,255 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are AAGAB, OIP5, and HSPA9. Each is linked with TXK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXK-to-partner and partner-to-TXK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AAGAB grouped by TXK-low versus TXK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
