TXK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TXK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF10, PRAMEF17, and ZP2. Each is linked with TXK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TXK-to-partner and partner-to-TXK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF10 grouped by TXK-low versus TXK-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TXK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TXK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
