TWF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TWF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TWF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP7, HMGB1P42, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with TWF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TWF1-to-partner and partner-to-TWF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP7 grouped by TWF1-low versus TWF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TWF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TWF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
