Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNA5SP137 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNA5SP137 expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNA5SP137 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNA5SP137 RNA expression shows 4,815 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Together, these results highlight LIHC, and THCA as cancer lineages where RNA5SP137 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
