TVP23C-CDRT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TVP23C-CDRT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,159 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TVP23C-CDRT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading, Regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with TVP23C-CDRT4 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TVP23C-CDRT4-to-partner and partner-to-TVP23C-CDRT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading grouped by TVP23C-CDRT4-low versus TVP23C-CDRT4-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TVP23C-CDRT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TVP23C-CDRT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
