Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TVP23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,761 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TVP23A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HLA-DPA1, DOCK11, and ARHGDIB. Each is linked with TVP23A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TVP23A-to-partner and partner-to-TVP23A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TVP23A versus HLA-DPA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TVP23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TVP23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
