Across TCGA cell cohorts, TVP23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,756 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TVP23A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with TVP23A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TVP23A-to-partner and partner-to-TVP23A results are reported.
