TUT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,567 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP15, TSC1, and GOLGA2. Each is linked with TUT7 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUT7-to-partner and partner-to-TUT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUT7 versus FKBP15 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
