TUBG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,969 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP10, TCIRG1, and PTPRC. Each is linked with TUBG2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBG2-to-partner and partner-to-TUBG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBG2 versus CASP10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
