TUBG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,145 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, PLSCR4, and MYL3. Each is linked with TUBG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBG2-to-partner and partner-to-TUBG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBG2 versus TIMP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
