Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUBG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,997 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lipoprotein transport, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TUBG2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBG2-to-partner and partner-to-TUBG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lipoprotein transport grouped by TUBG2-low versus TUBG2-high in URINARY_TRACT.
