Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,096 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBB8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHST14, CFL1P4, and RN7SL477P. Each is linked with TUBB8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB8-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBB8 versus CHST14 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
