TUBB4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,587 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBB4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8, SEC24A, and IRF2BP1_S384. Each is linked with TUBB4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB4A-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBB4A versus TNFAIP8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
