Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBB4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,382 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBB4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADCY5, PALM, and VIPR2. Each is linked with TUBB4A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBB4A-to-partner and partner-to-TUBB4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUBB4A versus ADCY5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBB4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBB4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
