TUBA4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,162 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUBA4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NGRN, TM2D3, and C15orf61. Each is linked with TUBA4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA4A-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NGRN grouped by TUBA4A-low versus TUBA4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUBA4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUBA4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
