Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUBA1C mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TUBA1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ naive T-cells, naive B-cells, and aDC. Each is linked with TUBA1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUBA1C-to-partner and partner-to-TUBA1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ naive T-cells grouped by TUBA1C-low versus TUBA1C-high in COAD.
