TUB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,318 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, SARM1, and AKT3. Each is linked with TUB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUB-to-partner and partner-to-TUB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TUB versus TMOD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
