TUB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TUB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUB-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and CDK1. Each is linked with TUB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUB-to-partner and partner-to-TUB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by TUB-low versus TUB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
