TUB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TUB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TUB-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2H1, ATP5F1A, and CCER1. Each is linked with TUB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TUB-to-partner and partner-to-TUB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2H1 grouped by TUB-low versus TUB-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TUB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TUB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
