TTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,718 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, TESPA1_S311, and THEMIS. Each is linked with TTN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTN-to-partner and partner-to-TTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTN versus PURA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
