Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTN RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TTN data layer compared with 20 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher TTN RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and UCS show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where TTN RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
