TTLL8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,224 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, FERMT1, and PDGFRL. Each is linked with TTLL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL8-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL8 versus LGALS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
