TTLL11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTLL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,888 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTLL11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDIA6, PDIA4, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with TTLL11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTLL11-to-partner and partner-to-TTLL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTLL11 versus PDIA6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTLL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTLL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
