Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,994 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MIR3973, and RN7SL817P. Each is linked with TTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTL-to-partner and partner-to-TTL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by TTL-low versus TTL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
