TTK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,247 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRIM2, PTPN2_S304, and PURA. Each is linked with TTK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTK-to-partner and partner-to-TTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTK versus PRIM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
