TTK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,844 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP55, MKI67, and SHCBP1. Each is linked with TTK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTK-to-partner and partner-to-TTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTK versus CEP55 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
