TTK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,742 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFYVE19, PPP5C, and BCL2L12P1. Each is linked with TTK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTK-to-partner and partner-to-TTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE19 grouped by TTK-low versus TTK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
