TTK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, p70-S6K, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TTK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTK-to-partner and partner-to-TTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by TTK-low versus TTK-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
