TTK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,643 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPX2, VTA1, and KIF20A. Each is linked with TTK in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTK-to-partner and partner-to-TTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTK versus TPX2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
